Our VIP Buyer Program is for the serious home buyer. This program is designed to locate the best home at the best price that fits our client’s exact needs, and Guarantees at least 5% savings off the asking price to our VIP clients .

The requirements for this program are a desire to buy in the next 3 months; you must have a clear idea of your ideal home to assist in the search, and you must be available to view candidate homes as they come on the market.  

(Note: having a home to sell first does NOT disqualify a participant, however, may extend the purchasing time frame to assure the VIP buyer does not have to support 2 mortgages),. 

After meeting these requirements, the VIP Buyer will be guaranteed in writing a 5% savings off the asking price of any home (including NEW construction).
